Upstairs boasts two large poured concrete balconies, no matter the time of day or weather; you are able to enjoy the outdoors and the views from Dilly House. Two guest bedrooms also grace the upstairs with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom in between. On the ground floor, unique to its era, there is a wooden bar, a salon with new flat screen TV, the third guest suite and a harbour facing dining/living area that opens onto the back patio. The entire home now has wireless internet. Tastefully decorated in tropical colours with designer wallpaper of iconic Bahamian scenes and maps it is a truly one of a kind home. Amenities include a heated infinity pool. The caretakers of the property are a huge plus for renters as they are there to greet you and see immediately to any problems that may arise. The husband is a professional chef and is happy to cook for guests at an additional fee. The property also has a separate one bed/one bath equally lovely guest cottage that can be rented for an additional $2,500 per week and for $3,500 in high season. It is only rented by itself during the off season.
