This high-end luxury home with separate guest annex can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10).
The property has a private dock and comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities. Dock rental is based on size of boat and calculated at $2.50 per foot per night. Dock Power and Water are calculated together for a daily fixed rate of $70 per night.
The open plan arrangement with high spec kitchen, dining and sitting areas makes for a very, very social space. Beautiful outdoor spaces all add to the feeling of staying in a beautiful comfortable home with a real family feel about it. Built in 2007 the 10’ x 40’ windows provide a unique panoramic view over the harbour from every view point and the serpentine wrap-around pool provides a cool relief from the heat of the beach and an ideal retreat to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.
Positioned almost at the water’s edge, the property has its own private dock available to all our guests. Just a 3-minute walk up and over the sand dunes behind and you can be on Pink Sand Beach. Truly the best of both worlds …

The White House is an exceptional rental property and very popular, especially with families with children. It has 5 King bedroom suites, and its own private deep-water dock capable of docking boats from 30 to 120ft and draft to 9ft.
