Known for its white powdery beaches, tropical breezes, laid back atmosphere, friendly people and transportation by golf carts.

Palmetto Cottage is ideally located on the gorgeous white sand beach that stretches the northern shore of Spanish Wells, with views from the house that will take your breath away. The home offers an outdoor covered porch great for evening meals or a relaxing morning coffee. There is also an additional sunbathing deck near the shoreline where you can sit and bask in the sunshine as the kids play in the shallow waters below. Each of the home’s 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom, two of which are upstairs and one downstairs. There’s also a 1/2 bath located near the main entrance to the house, great for visitors to use. Has fully equipped open kitchen complete with a large bar height table that seats 8 and an additional dining table that seats 4. The comfortable living area opens onto the covered ocean view porch outfitted with cozy seating and outdoor dining. The home is fully equipped with central A/C throughout, Cable TV and Wifi Internet to make your stay as convenient as possible.
