Option 2: The Upper Floor, 1 bedroom/1 bath, small living/dining area with kitchenette and breezy porch.

Along with its old world charm, this cottage is tastefully decorated and fitted with upscale linens and towels.

Guests can enjoy sitting on the front porch, on the patio in the backyard or the elevated porch of the upper floor.  Your golf cart can be parked on the quiet side street of this corner lot, or directly within the property fence.

Both the Ground Floor and the Upper Floor have these Amenities:
