Coconut Beach HARBOUR ISLAND

A wonderful new gem of a house just completed in 2017. It overlooks the world famous Pink Sand Beach and has a large deck that allows you to see the reefs that protect and run the length of it. The living room, dining and kitchen all have amazing views of the beach and ocean. Covered porches allow you to enjoy the view while being protected from the sun. The beach is a short walk (50 feet or so) from the porch. Two bedrooms each have their own bath with both a tub and shower. The home also has an outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bed room has four single beds. The set up is perfect for a family.
